Wellington Avenue, Mineola will be the media staging area for the Line of Duty Death Service that will be held for Sands Point Sergeant Joseph Spinosa on Sunday, April 19, 2020 at 12:00 PM. Access to the location should be approached from Garfield Avenue.

First Street, from the intersections of Mineola Boulevard to Walker Road will be closed in both directions on April 19, 2020 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
