The Third Squad is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Thursday, June 3, 2020 at 11:30 p.m. in Bellerose Terrace.
According to detectives, two subjects walked into a Mobile Gas Station located at 240-40 Jericho Turnpike. One of the subjects walked behind the counter and displayed a black handgun to the 41-year old male employee, while the second subject took out a knife and went to the cash register where he was able to take out an unknown amount of US currency. Both subjects then ran out the front door and fled on foot northbound on 241st Street. No injuries were reported at scene. The investigation is ongoing.
The first subject is described as a male black in his 20’s, 6’1’’ tall and weighing 180 pounds. Has brown eyes and black hair. Last seen wearing a black hoodie, white t-shirt, gray jogging pants, gray sneakers and a black mask. The second subject is described as a male black in his 20’s, 5’10’’ tall and weighing 160 pounds. Has brown eyes and black hair. Last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, white t-shirt, gray jogging pants, gray sneakers and a black mask.
