
The Second Squad reports the arrest of a Mount Sinai man for Forcible Touching that occurred on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 11:15 AM in Muttontown.
According to Detectives, Mark Gresser, 62, of 6 Orange Court, while acting in his capacity as a Podiatrist, did forcibly touch a 42-year-old female patient. The incident occurred at the NY College of Health Professionals located at 6801 West Jericho Turnpike.
After an investigation, the subject was arrested without incident on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 7:15 AM.
Mark Gresser is charged with two (2) counts of Forcible Touching. He will be arraigned on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 in Mineola.
