Missing Persons Squad detectives report the details of a missing juvenile from Syosset that occurred on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 1:59 pm.

According to detectives, Rayana Wheeler, 13, was last seen by a staff member leaving the Mercy First facility at 1:59 pm. Rayana is a female black, 5’2” tall, 132 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. Her clothing description and probable destination are unknown.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to call Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or 911.
