The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. in Valley Stream and was reported to police on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 9:20 a.m.

According to Detectives, Constance Martinez, 15, was last seen leaving her Cambridge Street residence. She is described as a female black, 5’4” tall, 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt with black pants and a blue jean jacket. Her possible destination is unknown.
