The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 8:00 pm from East Meadow and reported to police on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 8:07 pm.
According to detectives, Ana Deysi Zelaya Hernandez, 13, was last seen leaving in a grey minivan with a partial license plate of NK5114. She is described as a female Hispanic, 5’0” tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing a brown stripped shirt and blue jeans.
