The Fourth Squad reports on a Shooting that occurred on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 1:45 AM in Baldwin.
According to Detectives, two male subjects knocked on the door of a room in the Ramada Hotel, located at 1000 Sunrise Highway where a party was being held. When the door was opened, one of the subjects fired several shots into the crowded room striking a 20-year old male victim in the leg. The two subjects then fled the scene, possibly in a black Honda four-door sedan traveling westbound on Sunrise Highway. The male victim was transported to a nearby hospital by Nassau County Police Ambulance and is in stable condition. The subjects are described as both being black males wearing hoodies and blue face masks. Investigation is ongoing.
