The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a missing juvenile runaway that occurred on Thursday, June 18, 2021 at 08:00 AM in Lakeview, New York.

According to detectives, Andino, Ameris, 17, was last seen at her home in Lakeview. Ameris is described as a female Hispanic, 5’7”, approximately 125 lbs., brown wavy hair, brown eyes with a medium complexion (unknown clothing description). Her possible destination is unknown. 

Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above missing juvenile to please contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.  All callers will remain anonymous.
