The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 11:25 a.m. in Syosset and was reported to police on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 3:09 p.m.
According to Detectives, Anthony Dash, 15, was last seen by a staff member leaving the Mercy First Facility, located at 525 Convent Road. He is described as a male black, 5’4” tall, 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. His clothing description and possible destination are unknown.
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above missing juvenile to contact the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
