The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in Freeport and was reported to police on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 4:13 p.m.

According to Detectives, Emely Rivera-Hernandez, 13, was last seen leaving her Sagamore Street residence on foot. She is described as a female Hispanic, 5’4” tall, 115 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing gray jeans and black shoes. Her possible destination is unknown.
