The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 7:00 pm and reported to police on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 5:17 pm.

According to detectives, Keyli Hernandez, 15, was last seen on Schenck Avenue in Westbury. She is described as a female Hispanic, 5’0” tall, 97 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans with black and blue shoes.

Detectives request anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or to call 911.  All callers will remain anonymous.
