To Apply for a Pistol License Online, follow these steps:

• Read the Pistol License Handbook completely
  Make sure you understand all of the rules and regulations of each type of pistol license before applying.
• Click on the Link below to begin:

• Create an Account:
  If this is your first time applying, you may need to create an account on the portal. Look for a “New Application” or “Create Account” link.
• Complete the Application:
  Follow the instructions carefully, you will need to upload documents like driver’s license, major utility bill, birth certificate or valid passport etc.
• Choose an Interview/Fingerprint appointment and Pay the Fee:
  After completing the application, you’ll be asked to review everything for accuracy before submission. Payment for the application fee is required before the application can be submitted.

To Renew Your Pistol License Online:

To renew your Nassau County Police Department Pistol License online, you will need:

• The Pistol License Renewal Letter that you received in the mail
• A MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card
• A valid email address
