The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of three (3) individuals that occurred on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 6:12 am in Island Park.
According to Narcotics/Vice Squad Detectives, an ongoing investigation regarding the sales of various narcotics was being conducted in the Island Park area. Members of the Vice Squad and the Bureau of Special Operations executed a court ordered search warrant at 17 Island Parkway. At the location a quantity of Cocaine, Crack-Cocaine, Heroin, Fentanyl, Methadone, packaging materials, along with US currency in excess of 200.00 dollars was recovered. At the residence defendants, Robert Stockdale, 38, Christine Lyons, 40 and Joseph Zimatore, 58, who were all residents of 17 Island Parkway, were placed into police custody with incident. Town of Hempstead Building Inspectors were also on scene and discovered numerous violations and boarded up the residence. No injuries were reported.
A Subsequent investigation revealed that on August 16, 2023, at 4:08 pm in Island Park Defendant Stockdale did possess and sell a quantity of Crack-Cocaine to another for an agreed upon sum of US currency.
On August 25, 2023, at 5:10 pm in Island Park, defendant Stockdale did possess and sell a quantity of Crack-Cocaine to another for an agreed upon sum of US currency.
On September 25, 2023, at 4:35 pm defendant Stockdale while in Long beach did possess and sell a quantity of Crack-Cocaine and Fentanyl to another for an agreed upon sum of US currency.
On September 27, 2023, at 4:59 pm in Island Park defendant Stockdale and defendant Zimatore both unlawfully possessed and sold a quantity of Crack-Cocaine to another for an agreed upon sum of US currency.
On September 28,2023, at 4:38 pm, in Island Park Defendants Stockdale and Zimatore unlawfully possessed and sold a quantity of Crack-Cocaine to another for an agreed upon sum of US currency.
On October 3, 2023, at 2:53 pm in Island Park Defendant Stockdale did unlawfully possess and sell a quantity of Crack-Cocaine to another for an agreed upon sum of US currency.

Defendant Robert Stockdale is charged with seven counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, eight counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

Defendant Joseph Zimatore is charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

Defendant Christine Lyons is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

Defendants Stockdale and Zimatore will be arraigned on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
Defendants Lyons was released on an Appearance Ticket returnable to First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead and will return to First District Court at a later date.
