The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Fatal Vehicular Accident that occurred on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 5:51 pm in Levittown.
According to Detectives, a 61-year-old male was operating a 2017 Ford Fusion eastbound on Hempstead Turnpike and was making a left-hand turn onto Division Avenue, heading northbound, when a 30-year-old male operating a 2007 Suzuki motorcycle traveling westbound on Hempstead Turnpike were in a collision. The motorcyclist suffered severe injuries and was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced by a hospital physician. The operator of the Ford Fusion was also transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
