The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Serious Vehicular Accident that occurred on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 7:53 a.m. in West Hempstead.
According to Detectives, a 2009 Yamaha motorcycle, operated by a 32-year-old male was traveling southbound on Nassau Boulevard. A 2024 BMW, operated by a 40-year-old female was traveling eastbound on Guilford Court and made a left turn onto Nassau Boulevard and collided with the motorcyclist. The male victim was transported by a Nassau County Police Ambulance to a local hospital where he is currently in critical condition. No other injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing.
