The First Squad reports on the arrest of three people for a Robbery that occurred on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 10:14 PM in Roosevelt.
According to Detectives, a 32-year-old male Domino’s employee was attempting to deliver a pizza to a residence on Woods Avenue when he was approached by three males who stated they ordered the pizza and told him to give it to them. When the victim requested payment, one of the males proceeded to forcibly grab the pizza from him while another male forcibly grabbed a plastic bag containing soda; in the process, the victim was pushed and spit on. The males fled on foot northbound on Union Place towards Whitehouse Avenue. The male victim remained at scene and called for Nassau County Police.
Officers responded and soon after observed a 2004 Grey Hyundai occupied by three subjects near the scene of the incident and after conducting an investigation, defendants Nicholas Brown, 19, of 68 Davison Avenue, Lynbrook, Jaden Taylor, 18 of 438 Locust Court, Rockville Center and a 17-year-old male juvenile were placed under arrest without incident.
All three defendants are charged with Robbery 2nd degree. Defendants Nicholas Brown and Jaden Taylor will be arraigned on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead. The 17-year-male defendant will be arraigned on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at Youth Section of First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead
