The Narcotics/Vice Squad reports the arrest of a Queens woman for an incident that occurred on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 2:35 pm in Hicksville.
According to detectives, an investigation was conducted at Spring Day Spa located at 77B N. Broadway. It was determined illegal massages were being conducted at the location. Bifang Lin, 43, of 4211 Parsons Boulevard was arrested. It was revealed that Lin is in the United States illegally and is subject to removal proceedings.
Defendant Lin is charged with Unauthorized Practice of Profession. Lin was issued an Appearance Ticket and taken into custody by US Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agents.
