The Eighth Squad reports the arrest of a Levittown man for an incident that occurred on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 4:10 pm in Levittown.

According to Detectives, Police responded to a Levittown residence for a domestic disturbance. Officers were informed that a verbal argument occurred between the Defendant Tucker Hahn, 28 and a male victim, 34. The argument escalated, and a physical altercation occurred resulting in the defendant striking the victim’s phone. Officers attempted to place the defendant into custody when he became violent and combative causing an officer to sustain an injury to his arm. The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation and treatment. The injured officer was also transported to a local area hospital for treatment. 

Defendant Tucker Hahn is charged with Assault 2^nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 4^th Degree and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd Degree. He will be arraigned on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at First District Court, 99 Main Street Hempstead.
