The Sixth Squad reports the arrest of a Lindenhurst man for a Robbery that occurred on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in Great Neck Plaza.
According to detectives, Police responded to the BP Gas Station located at 133 Cuttermill Road for a Robbery that had just occurred. An unknown male entered the store, went behind the counter and displayed a hammer to the victim demanding that he open the register. The suspect took approximately $1,200.00 USC and fled the scene prior to police arrival. After a thorough investigation, detectives identified and located defendant, Isaac Kodsi, 37, of 38 Piave Terrace and placed him under arrest without incident.
Defendant Kodsi is charged with Robbery 1st Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, Menacing 3rd Degree, and Grand Larceny 4th Degree. He will be arraigned on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
