The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Sunday, August 3, 2025 at 8:00 am in Hempstead and was reported to police on 8/5/2025.
According to detectives, Shanda Watkins, 13, was last seen leaving her residence. She is described as a female black, 5’2” tall, 100 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Shanda was last seen wearing black pants and a red tank-top. Her destination is unknown.
