The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 2:30 pm in Hempstead and was reported to Police on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 3:30 pm.
According to Detectives, Joel Villatoro, 14, was last seen in Hempstead. He is described as a male Hispanic, 5’8” tall, 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue pants and a camo backpack. His destination is unknown.
