The Arson Bomb Squad reports the details of a Fire that occurred on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 6:25 a.m. in East Meadow.
According to Detectives, First Precinct Officers responded to the Tipsy Barrel located at 470 Newbridge Road for a parked vehicle on fire. Upon Police arrival, the vehicle was unoccupied and fully engulfed in flames. The fire subsequently spread to the building causing minor damage. The East Meadow Fire Department responded to the scene and extinguished the flames. No injuries were reported at scene. The Nassau County Fire Marshal and the Arson Bomb Squad responded. The investigation is ongoing.
