The Public Information Office reports the details of a Vehicular Accident involving a pedestrian that occurred on Friday, October 16, 2026 at 8:26 PM in Elmont.
According to police, a 44 year old female was crossing the road in the vicinity of Linden Boulevard and 238th Street when she was struck by a 2011 Lexus being operated by a 64 year old female. The pedestrian was transported to an area hospital in stable condition. The driver of the vehicle remained at scene.
