The Narcotics Vice Squad reports the arrest of New Jersey female for an incident that occurred on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 3:20 pm in Freeport.
According to Detectives, an undercover investigation was conducted at The Freeport Inn and Marina located at 445 S. Main Street. It was determined prostitution was being conducted at this location. Narcotics Vice Squad Detectives placed Defendant Santa Y. Lopez, 35, of 147 71st Street, Guttenberg, New Jersey under arrest without incident.
Defendant Santa Y. Lopez is charged with Prostitution. She was released on an Appearance Ticket. Further investigation revealed the defendant is illegally in the United States and is subject to removal proceedings. U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement Agents (ICE) took custody of the defendant.
