The Eighth Squad reports on multiple arrest for a Robbery that occurred on Sunday, February 1st, 2026 at 9:40 AM in Levittown.
According to Detectives, Officers responded to a residence located on Barnyard Lane for a disturbance. Upon arrival, Officers determined that a verbal altercation occurred between two males, defendants Michael Nero, 54 of 20 Quaker Lane, Levittown and Matias Marquez, 39 of 345 Evans Avenue, Elmont. It escalated into a physical altercation, at which time, three more subjects, defendants Pablo Munoz Rivera, 49 and Jennifer Marrero, 51 both of 527 Clark’s Pond Road, Bridgeton, New Jersey, and defendant John Stansbury, 38 of 14 Cedar Street, Morristown, New Jersey became involved. They punched and kicked defendant Marquez and took his wallet, which contained multiple credit cards. During this altercation, a 38-year-old female victim was struck by defendant Marrero with a black metal object, causing redness and swelling on her left arm. The female victim was then approached by defendant Nero who pushed and shoved her while verbally threatening her. After the altercation, defendant Marquez did enter a grey 2020 Subaru and attempted to hit the other four defendants who were in the street, missing them but striking a parked black 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe. All five defendants were placed under arrest without further incident. All defendants and the female victim refused medical treatment at scene.
Defendant Rivera is charged with two counts of Robbery 2nd. Defendant Nero is charged with two counts of Robbery 2nd, Criminal Contempt 1st and Harassment 2nd. Defendant Marrero is charged with two counts of Robbery 2nd and Assault 2nd. Defendant Stansbury is charged with two counts of Robbery 2nd. Defendant Marquez is charged with Reckless Endangerment 1st and Criminal Mischief 3rd. All five defendants were arraigned on Monday, February 2, 2026 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
