According to detectives, Annie Tanner-Powell, 96, was last seen at her Hempstead residence. She is described as a female Black, 5 foot tall, 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light blue suit with black shoes and carrying a red pocketbook. She may be operating a red 2008 Toyota sedan with New York registration EEC2262.
