The Narcotics Vice Squad reports the arrest(s) of four individuals that occurred on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 in Hempstead.
According to detectives, an investigation was conducted at Lilac Spa, 391 W. Peninsula Boulevard and No.8 Beauty Spa, 725 Fulton Avenue. The investigation determined that illegal massages and prostitution were taking place at these locations.
Defendants Jiang Yuhang, 44, of 6-11 128th Street, College Point, Qin Zhao, 42, of 43-07 Crommlin Street, Flushing, Hongyan Fang, 43, of 6-11 128th Street, College Point and Yi Lin, 35, of 736 56th Street, Brooklyn, were arrested without incident.
Defendant Qin Zhao and Defendant Yi Lin are charged with Prostitution and Unauthorized Practice of a Profession. Defendant Yuhang Jiang is charged with Attempted Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree and Hongyan Fang is charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession. All four defendants were released on an appearance ticket and taken into custody by US Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agents.
