The Fourth Squad reports on the arrest of a Queens man for a Grand Larceny that occurred on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 1:32 PM in Oceanside.
According to Detectives, a male employee of Kravit Jewelers, located at 3151 Long Beach Road was showing a male and female subject multiple bracelets that they were interested in buying. The female subject then stated they would return later to make a purchase and both subjects exited the front of the store. The employee later realized that one of the bracelets, valued at approximately $11,500 USC had been stolen by the suspects.
Following a thorough investigation, the male suspect was identified as defendant David Beckham Adam, 19 of 11553 173rd Street, Jamaica. On Sunday, November 16, 2025, defendant David Beckham Adam was observed by detectives operating a grey 2015 Dodge Chrysler and a traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Rockaway Turnpike and Peninsula Boulevard in Lawrence. The defendant presented a New York State driver’s license despite the fact that it was issued after he had entered the country illegally.
Defendant David Beckham Adam was placed under arrest without incident. Further investigation revealed that defendant David Beckham Adam is in the United States illegally and is subject to removal proceedings. The investigation is ongoing in locating the female suspect. Defendant David Beckham Adam is charged with one count of Grand Larceny 4th degree and will be arraigned on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
