The Nassau County Police Missing Persons Squad is investigating a Missing Person that occurred on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 10:00 am and reported to police at 2:20 pm.
According to detectives, Jose Batista, 77 was last seen leaving a Green Acres Mall Walmart store located at 77 Green Acres Road South in Valley Stream. Jose is described as being male, Hispanic, gray / brown hair, brown eyes, 5’9” tall, 130 Lbs., blue jeans, black / gray flannel shirt, gray sweatshirt and walks with a red walker.
Detectives request that if anyone has information regarding the above missing person to contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or dial 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
