The Arson Bomb Squad reports the details of a Fire that occurred on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 6:30 PM in Roosevelt.
According to Detectives, Officers responded to 46 Pennsylvania Avenue for a residential house fire. Upon arrival, officers observed a smoke condition and flames emanating from the home. The Roosevelt Fire Department and neighboring fire departments responded to extinguish the flames. The Nassau County Fire Marshal and the Arson Bomb Squad responded to the scene. The Red Cross was notified and responded to assist the displaced residents. No injuries were reported.
The fire was deemed non-suspicious at this time.
