The Public Information Office reports the details of a Fire that occurred on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 11:05 PM in Oceanside.
According to Police, Fourth Precinct Officers responded to a call for a residential house fire on Harding Street. Upon arrival, Officers observed a utility pole with wires on the ground and flames emanating from the side of the residence. Officers utilized a fire extinguisher from their patrol vehicles to contain the flames and prevent them from spreading, before gaining entry into the residence to search for occupants. Officers located an 84-year-old female inside the home and immediately escorted her to safety. The Oceanside Fire Department also responded to assist.
No injuries were reported.
