The Public Information Office reports the arrest of a Brentwood man for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) that occurred on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 5:33 pm in Atlantic Beach.
According to Police, defendant Job Giuliana, 30 of 18 Sheppard Court was operating a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox traveling eastbound on Beech Street when it struck a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse traveling westbound on Beech Street in the vicinity of Scott Drive. The 2019 Traverse was occupied by a male operator, 52, a female passenger, 49 and a 11-year-old male juvenile passenger. Upon police arrival, officers observed a severe injury to defendant Job Giuliana and applied a tourniquet to his left leg to stop the bleeding. He was transported by Long Beach Fire Department to a nearby hospital for treatment where it was determined he was intoxicated and placed under arrest.
The 11-year-old male juvenile sustained severe body trauma and was air lifted by Nassau County Police Department Helicopter 6 to a nearby hospital with the 49-year-old female passenger who complained of body pain. The 52-year-old male operator of the Traverse suffered a laceration to his head and was transported to an area hospital by Long Beach Fire Department, where he was treated and later released.
Defendant Job Giuliana is charged with Vehicular Assault 2nd degree, Assault 2nd degree, two counts of Assault 3rd degree, Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree. He will be arraigned at First District Court when medically practical.
