The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Fatal Vehicular Accident involving a pedestrian that occurred on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 5:09 a.m. in North Lawrence.
According to Detectives, a male pedestrian was crossing Nassau Expressway at the intersection of Bay Boulevard when he was struck by a 2024 white Jeep Grand Cherokee being driven by a 34-year-old male traveling northbound on Nassau Expressway. The pedestrian was pronounced at the scene by a Nassau County Police Medic. The driver remained on scene. The investigation is ongoing.
