The Seventh Squad reports the details of a Fatal Vehicular Accident that occurred on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 3:09 a.m. in Massapequa.

According to Detectives, a 20-year-old male was operating a 2019 BMW on Merrick Road when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree in the vicinity of Cedar Shore Drive. The operator, and sole occupant of the vehicle suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced by a hospital physician.

The investigation is ongoing.
