The Narcotics/Vice Squad reports the arrest of a Queens female for an incident that occurred on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 3:30 pm in Bethpage.
According to Detectives, an undercover investigation was conducted at H & Q Foot Care located at 4294 Hicksville Road. It was determined illegal massages were being conducted at this location.
Narcotics/Vice Squad Detectives placed Defendant Ying Zhou, 49, of 20903 34th Road, Flushing under arrest without incident.
Defendant Ying Zhou is charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession and Prostitution. She was released on Appearance Ticket. Further investigation revealed the defendant is illegally in the United States and is subject to removal proceedings. U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement Agents (ICE) took custody of the defendant.
