The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Fatal Vehicular Accident that occurred on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 3:28 pm in Jericho.
According to Detectives, a 56-year-old male was operating a 2025 Indian motorcycle northbound on Cedar Swamp Road when a 32-year-old female operating a 2020 Subaru made a left turn onto Old Jericho Turnpike from Cedar Swamp Road causing a collision. The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced by a hospital physician. The operator of the Subaru remained at scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
