The Arson Bomb Squad reports the details of a Fire that occurred on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 9:05 pm in Valley Stream.
According to Detectives, officers responded to Ben & Tony’s Barber Shop located at 539 W. Merrick Road. Upon arrival, officers observed a heavy smoke condition and flames emanating from the building. The Valley Stream Fire Department and neighboring fire departments responded to extinguish the flames. Two vacant adjoining units sustained smoke damage. The Nassau County Fire Marshal and the Arson Bomb Squad responded to the scene. No injuries were reported.
The fire was deemed non-suspicious at this time.
