The Narcotics/Vice Squad reports the arrest of two Queens females for an incident that occurred on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 3:32 pm in Hicksville.
According to Detectives, an undercover investigation was conducted at Yan Spa located at 55B Broadway. It was determined illegal massages and prostitution were being conducted at this location.
Narcotics/Vice Squad Detectives placed Defendant Yanqiong Yang, 41, of 142-02 58th Avenue, Flushing and Defendant Bin Yan, 39, of 134-39 Blossom Avenue, Flushing under arrest without incident.
Defendant Yanqiong Yang is charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession. She was released on an Appearance Tickets returnable to First District Court on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
Defendant Bin Yan is charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession and Prostitution. She was released on an Appearance Ticket. Further investigation revealed the defendant is illegally in the United States and is subject to removal proceedings. US Immigration Customs Enforcement Agents (ICE) took custody of the defendant.
