The Major Case Squad reports the arrest of two Queens individuals on Friday, May 23, 2026 at 3:00 pm for a burglary that occurred on Thursday, March 26, 2026 in Great Neck.
According to Detectives, Defendant Ricardo Gomez Millan, 45, of 146-12 60th Avenue, Queens and Defendant Angelica July Rojas Rojas, 42, of 146-12 60th Avenue, Queens unlawfully entered a Great Neck residence. Once inside, the subjects removed assorted designer handbags, alcohol, a camera and US currency. After an extensive investigation was conducted the defendants were both located and placed under arrest without incident.
Defendant Ricardo Gomez Millan is charged with Burglary 2nd Degree. He is also charged with being a Fugitive from Justice. Defendant Angelica July Rojas Rojas is charged with Burglary 2nd Degree. Further investigation revealed the defendants are both illegally in the United States and are subject to removal proceedings. Both Defendants will be arraigned on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
