The Narcotics/Vice Squad reports the arrest of two Queens females for incidents that occurred on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 2:48 pm and 3:25 pm in Hicksville.
According to Detectives, an undercover investigation was conducted at 107 Manscaping and Spa located at 424 S. Broadway and Sofia Spa located at 195 S. Broadway. It was determined illegal massages and prostitution were being conducted at these locations.
Narcotics/Vice Squad Detectives placed Defendant Hongjuan Chen, 44, of 13605 Sanford Avenue, Flushing and Defendant Xiuying Mei, 44, of 13612 35th Avenue, Flushing under arrest without incident.
Defendant Hongjuan Chen is charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession and Prostitution. She was released on an Appearance Tickets returnable to First District Court on Monday, January 26, 2026.
