The Homicide Squad reports the details of an incident that occurred on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 8:27 PM in East Meadow.
According to Detectives, officers responded to a report of shots fired in Eisenhower Park, Field Two, located at 1899 Hempstead Turnpike. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 15-year-old male juvenile that sustained a gunshot wound. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced by a hospital physician. Two males, ages 28 and 31 also sustained gunshot wounds and were transported to a nearby hospital where they are currently in critical condition. The investigation is ongoing.
