The Narcotics/Vice Squad reports the arrest of two females for an incident that occurred on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 4:10 p.m. in Valley Stream.

According to Detectives, an undercover investigation was conducted at Dream Spa, 230 West Merrick Road. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that illegal services were being offered by spa employees. Defendants Qingyun Luo, 46, of 132-48 41st Road, Flushing, and Jiewen Wang, 32, of 226-15 77th Avenue, Oakland Gardens were placed under arrest without further incident.

Defendant Qingyun Luo is charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession and Prostitution and was turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement for removal proceedings. Defendant Jiewen Wang is charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession and Prostitution and was issued an appearance ticket to First District Court returnable on Friday, May 22, 2026.
