The Narcotics/Vice Squad reports the arrest of two (2) Queens woman for an incident that occurred on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 3:09 pm in Oceanside.
According to Detectives, an undercover investigation was conducted at Angel’s Healing Spa located at 220 Merrick Road. It was determined illegal massages were being conducted at this location. Narcotics/Vice Squad Detectives placed Defendant Jieli Tian, 55, of 4143 149th Place, Flushing, and Zhiwei Wu, 55, of 147-26 Elm Avenue, Flushing, under arrest without incident.
Defendants Tian and Wu are charged with Unauthorized Practicing of a Profession. They were issued appearance tickets returnable on 9/1/26 to First District Court, Hempstead.
Further investigation revealed Zhiwei Wu is illegally in the United States and is subject to removal proceedings. U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement Agents (ICE) took custody of the defendant.
