The Third Squad reports the arrest of a North Bellmore man for an incident that occurred on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 5:24 PM in Mineola.
According to detectives, Defendant Zhisheng Xu, 27, of 1155 Newbridge Road was observed entering the Harrison Avenue Parking Garage located at 200 1St Street and exposing himself and touching his genitals in public view. The defendant was located and placed under arrest without incident. Further investigation revealed the defendant committed similar incidents at the same location on July 3, 2026 and July 8, 2026.
Defendant Zhisheng Xu is charged with three (3) counts of Public Lewdness and three (3) counts of Exposure of a Person. He was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
