The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Fatal Vehicular Accident that occurred on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 5:12 a.m. in Baldwin.

According to Detectives, a 42-year-old male was operating a 2025 Mazda traveling northbound on Grand Avenue. He lost control of his vehicle and struck a utility pole in the vicinity of Ethel T. Kloberg Drive. The operator, and sole occupant of the vehicle suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced by a hospital physician.

The investigation is on-going.
