The Third Precinct reports the arrest of four (4) individuals during a Quality-of-Life Initiative that was conducted on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 7:58 pm in Nassau County.
According to police, Strategic Response Team Officers (SRT) responded to Uptown Restaurant located at 1005 Prospect Avenue, New Cassel and Cremosa Market located at 230 Post Avenue, Westbury. The investigation revealed that both establishments were in possession of various prescription medications believed to originate from South America, clearly displayed for sale. Both locations were locked and secured.
Defendants Ana A. Salvador Soto, 32, of 230 School Street, Westbury, Ana G. Pineda Quijada, 50, of 360 Dover Street, Westbury, Francisco O. Espinal, 48, of 1005 Prospect Avenue, New Cassel and Kendra C. Lopez Collado, 42, of 148 Meyers Avenue, Hicksville, were all charged with Criminal Diversion of Prescription Medication 3rd Degree. All four defendants were issued Appearance tickets returnable to First District Court on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
