The Fourth Squad reports the details of a Robbery that occurred on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 1:12 p.m. in North Lawrence.
According to detectives, an unknown female entered DSW Shoe Warehouse, located at 345 Rockaway Turnpike and proceeded to place merchandise in her bag and attempt to exit the store without paying. A loss prevention officer attempted to stop the subject but was pushed out of the way by the subject. The subject fled on foot in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported.
The subject is described as a female white, approximately 40 years old, wearing a black coat, grey headband and carrying a “Happy Birthday” reusable shopping bag.
