The Public Information Office reports the details of the arrest of a juvenile that occurred on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 12:38 p.m in Manhasset.
According to Police, Port Washington Police Officers were conducting an investigation on North Bayles Avenue. The subject fled the scene and was eventually placed into police custody in the parking lot of the Americana Mall, located at 2060 Northern Boulevard. The investigation is ongoing.
The Juvenile defendant is charged with Attempted Murder 2nd Degree, Grand Larceny 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest. The juvenile will be arraigned on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
