According to Detectives, First Precinct Officers responded to an unresponsive male at the intersection of Merrick Avenue and Garfield Street. An investigation revealed that a 24-year-old male was operating an E-Bike when he fell off and suffered serious injuries. The operator was transported by Nassau County Police Department ambulance to a local hospital where he remains in critical but stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
