The Third Squad reports the arrest of two individuals for an incident that occurred on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at 7:32 PM in Westbury.
According to detectives, officers responded to Target located at 999 Corporate Drive for a report of a larceny in progress. Officers located and arrested the defendants Gustavo Tellez Carillo, 36, of 45 East 45 Street, New York and Erika Gomez Moreno, 33 of 45 East 45 Street, New York. Further investigation determined that both defendants are in the United States illegally and are subject to removal proceedings.
Defendants Gustavo Tellez Carillo and Erika Gomez Moreno are both charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree. They were released on appearance tickets and taken into custody by U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agents.
